When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow 3-7 business days for orders within Australia and 8-16 business days for orders outside of Australia.

Do you allow refunds or exchange?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow exchange or refunds on any pierced earrings. If you item happens to be faulty, please get in touch and we will rectify the issue.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately we do not provide tracked shipping unless specified and paid for by the customer.

Yes absolutely! Please allow a longer delivery time for orders outside of Australia.

What if an item is sold out online?

We will be restocking items that are out of stock. Please get in touch for a notification once they are available.
